If you have any questions, email me or call anytime.
Friday, October 9th is the last day to RSVP for this class... I am really excited about the new Glimmer mist type product. I think all of you are going to love it! It makes your project "SHIMMER".
I have had several request to be able to purchase extra cards so I am going to offer as part of the add ons. 4 cards for $7, (1 each of the 4 designs) All cards will include envelopes. If you have already responded and would like to purchase this option just let me know.

Criss-Cross (using 1 card base)

One thing that always seems to come up is, "those criss-cross cards are so cute but use a ton of paper." I found a way on the CTMH® boards how to make one using less paper. I love this technique and use it all the time. I have the directions and pictures below but let me know if you have any questions. I have also attached the video from you tube where I got the idea.

First, take a regular card base and cut the front at a diagonal.
1st
Flip the cut off piece over and glue to the other flap. I usually paste mine to the inside so that the bottom of the card is sealed by the fold. (Does that make sense)
2nd b
Here is another view. Don't forget to use those pattened papers.
2nd a
Then, just seal on the sides only. This will form a pocket and allow for the card part to be inserted.
3rd
Like I said this is a great PAPER SAVER. Cheap way to make an expenseive looking card.

You R my Sunshine

Here is a LO that I made using a kit that I bought from Breezy Design. I snapped these pictures of my DD picking my moms flowers. She had a blast.

4th of July LOs

Here are a couple of LO that I made at a class that a friend of mine put on. They are both so cute. I couldn't wait to get my pictures on them. I always seem to be drawn to the Red, White, & Blue things. 4th of July is one of my favorite times of the year. We went to Boomer Lake in Stillwater, sat in the car while the rain passed and then finally got to watch the fireworks. We had a great time.

Summer Treats

Here is a layout that I did using the Animal Cookies Creative Basics Paper Pack. I used the back side of the paper so that the Tulip and the Green (can't think of the real name) made a watermelon like shape. All of the products used are CTMH heart but the buttons. They are "The Paper Studio". All I need now is a title. Nothing is coming to mind.

MOJO Monday 94 (1st time participate)

This is my very first MOJO Monday card. I have heard about MOJO Monday and signed up for it last week. So this is the first time that I am able to participate. You can see the sketch and then the card that I created. I used Close to My Heart products. I cut the flowers out of the pattern paper and used pop dots to make them stand out a bit. It is hard to tell in the photo.
Paper: Close to My Heart
Ink: Close to My Heart (Hollyhock)
Ribbon: Close to My Heart
Stamps: Clost to My Heart (Say it in Style)

Blue Ribbon Card

Here is a card that I scrap lifted from the Close to My Heart Idea Book (pg 46). When I saw it I just fell in love with it. Anyways... Here is my version. Isn't it cute!!! I didn't have the stamp set so I just used the Indian Corn Blue butterfly paper. I think that it turned out just lovely!
